Candice is a seasoned veteran in the title insurance and escrow industry. After spending over two decades in the field, she has earned a wealth of experience in all types of transactions, including forward/reverse exchanges, industrial and multi-family sales, land development and new construction. These ventures have prepared her to work on some of the largest and most recent developments in Portland, including the refinancing of Montgomery Park, The Galleria – Target, PNCA Building and sale of The Mint Urban.

Candice enjoys the rewards of working with clients from many different backgrounds and is determined to adapt to meet their specific needs. She is motivated, customer focused, calm, and organized. Her analytical personality helps her see the big picture and troubleshoot potential problems before they arise. Her warm personality and even keel is something to be admired.

In her personal life, Candice is a creative. Even after long days at the office, she’s involved in various activities that continue to keep her on her toes and moving forward. There’s rarely a dull moment between art projects for her school district, working with the Girl Scouts and chaperoning her children to various events. In her free-time she enjoys reading, crafting, hiking, spending time with her three daughters and loving husband.
